Create new issues

Here, each team member can create an issue for a project or a task.
Moreover, the information that is entered is: Issue title, Project, Task, Type (Bug, Documentation, Testing, Feature, Other) Severity (Minor, Major, Critical, Show Stopper), Priority (Low, Normal, Medium, High), Assigned to, Description and if necessary attachments.
After the issue is created the user clicks either Save or Save and close.
